Cairnletter is operated by Hunter Ewin in Indiana. Its qualification form asks for the contact and organization details shown on the form, along with funding context, so Cairnletter can evaluate service fit and respond.

Submitting the qualification form does not create a client relationship. A client relationship begins only after both parties approve a separate written service agreement.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and must review and approve every application before submission.
